What are the defects?
Due to a manufacturing issue, the centre display screen may stop functioning and display a blank screen. This may result in the rear-view image not being displayed whilst reversing.
What are the hazards?
If the rear-view image is not displayed on the centre display screen while reversing the vehicle, this could increase the risk of an accident causing serious injury or death to persons located behind the vehicle.
