What are the defects?
Due to a manufacturing defect, the wiring harness connected to the handlebars may become damaged over time. If this occurs, the horn and/or the headlights may not operate as intended.
What are the hazards?
If the vehicle headlights and/or horn do not operate as intended, it could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to rider and/or passenger and other road users.
What should consumers do?
Until parts become available temporary measures are currently available to help mitigate some of the contributing factors while the necessary parts are being prepared. Please contact the nearest authorised Honda Motorcycle dealer for more information.
