A vehicle fire could increase the risk of serious injury or death to vehicle occupants, other road users and bystanders, and/or damage to property.
What should consumers do?
Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by an authorised Daimler Commercial Vehicle Dealership in writing and should have rectification work carried out as soon as possible, free of charge.
